In the wake of Luna Rossa: The Extreme Wakeboarding of Nikolas Plytas

Greek extreme wakeboarder Nikola Plytas hitched a ride behind the Italian America’s Cup challenger Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli’s LEQ12 test boat on the waters of Cagliari, Sardinia. For an hour and a half of varying weather scenarios, Plytas demonstrated incredible technique as he was towed by the Luna Rossa prototype on a custom wakeboard, concentrating on grip and exploiting centrifugal force to achieve higher speeds.
