This Mariner presents very well. It is owned by a well-established private syndicate, so there are no management fees. Moored on a berth at Northbridge, access is walk on, so it’s easy and convenient.

The boat is powered by twin well maintained 200hp Volvo Diesel engines with shaft drives. The bimini, clears, flybridge upholstery and cabin carpets have all been replaced recently.

Entering from the rear cockpit, there is a spacious saloon with ample seating and a dining table. Step down to a well planned galley which has a fridge, gas cooktop and stainless steel sink. There is also a microwave.

There are two cabins, the main has a double bed, the side cabin sleeps two. The bathroom has a shower and electric toilet which has a holding tank.

There are two helm stations, one in the saloon and one on the flybridge.

There is also a shower at the transom for after swimming use. The boat has a gas BBQ and a tender.

Anchoring is by way of an electric winch.

This is a very cost effective way of enjoying boating on a well looked after boat.
