School Holiday Sailing Camps at Concord and Ryde Sailing Club  25-Nov-2009
In conjunction with Yachting NSW the peak body for sailing in NSW, Concord and Ryde Sailing Club are running school holiday camps throughout 2010.
Camp 1 Dates: January 19th –22nd
Camp 2 Dates: April 13th –16th

The start of this year’s 65th Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race will take centre stage in late December when the anticipated fleet of 112, led by the most exciting line up of maxis ever seen in Australia, promises to set Sydney Harbour alight on Boxing Day.

Dramatic collision at the start of Race 4 of Clipper 09-10  23-Nov-2009
A dramatic start to Race 4 of Clipper 09-10 in Cape Town saw eight of the boats cross the start line for the 4,700-mile race to Geraldton, Western Australia, while a collision between Hull & Humber and Cork, Ireland resulted in the two teams returning to harbour.

BT snatches line honours in Around the Island Race  23-Nov-2009
BT snatched victory by just 14 seconds in the annual Around the Island Race in Hong Kong this morning, following a 27 nautical mile marathon. The six Extreme 40s battled their way around the Island with every boat taking the lead at some point during the race.

18ft Skiffs NSW Championship – Race 2  23-Nov-2009
Michael Coxon, Aaron Links and Trent Barnabas have taken a tight grip on the NSW 18ft Skiff Championship after only three of the five scheduled races when they scored their third successive win in Thurlow Fisher-City on Sydney Harbour on Sunday 22 November.

Hong Kong Harbour Hosts Spectacular Extreme 40s  22-Nov-2009
Racing just metres from the shoreline on both sides of the Harbour here in Hong Kong, the six Extreme 40s put on a spectacular display for the gathered international media on day 1 of the inaugural series. There were six races this afternoon in 12 - 15 knots that gusted up to 18 keeping the skippers challenged in the two lap races.
