Australian multihull sailors Jason Waterhouse and Lisa Darmanin have had the perfect day’s racing on day four of the EUROSAF Champions Sailing Cup on Lake Garda in Italy with three wins from three starts in the Nacra 17 class.

Fun in the Sun for Race Three of the CYCA Winter Series 13-May-2013
It was another perfect day for competitors in Race 3 of the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia’s Winter Series – a full course was sailed, the sun was shining burning off the early morning fog and once the breeze filled in there was some great races within races across the 13 divisions.

Australian sailors have had a successful day two of the EUROSAF Champions Sailing Cup on Lake Garda in Italy, with a number of crews working their way up the leader board. Tom Burton has extended his lead in the Laser class and has been joined in the top five by fellow Australian Ryan Palk.

British Olympic Sailor Dies in America's Cup Training 10-May-2013
It is with immense sadness that Artemis Racing confirms the tragic death of crewmember Andrew “Bart” Simpson today in San Francisco. Simpson, a British double Olympic medallist, was one of the 11-man crew aboard Artemis Racing’s AC72 catamaran which capsized during training on San Francisco Bay ahead of this summer’s America’s Cup. All other crewmembers are accounted for.
